I stumbled onto this backpack at a local sporting goods store. It opens from the back and opens the full length of the pack. This has turned out to be a great backpack/camera bag. I made the internal camera bag and the cover for the photographic bench with foam rubber and material from "dust resistant" curtain material. It looks a little strange but works well. I use a dry bag on the opposite shoulder/side from the tripod to hold a dark cloth and counter the weight of the tripod. The tripod cover and a lens bag is made from rip stop pack cloth and flooring closed poor foam padding, the type used for Scandinavian floating floors.
